I have been a teacher for 27 years, a Headteacher for 12 years and, at the age of 51, this much I know about who is speaking at researchED, York this summer.

Saturday 9 July 2016

It’s approaching three years since planning for the first researchED conference began. Since that inaugural event at Dulwich College in September 2013, researchED conferences have popped up across the globe, from Amsterdam to Sydney via New York! Later this year researchED returns to old York, hosted at Huntington School. On Saturday 9 July we will be taking stock, focusing even more intently upon what works and evaluating just how far evidence-informed practice is improving our students’ classroom experience. As well as the opportunity to listen to some of the most challenging educational thinkers in the country, there is the chance to hear Research-leads talking about how they have been using evidence-informed approaches to improve teaching and learning in their schools, including Research-leads from Huntington’s ownRISE Project
